A handful of architectural decisions everything else depends on — each one expensive to reverse, so we made them deliberately, up front.
One Canonical Model, Many Representations
Every inbound system speaks its own dialect. We normalize to one canonical object graph on the way in, and render back to each partner's format on the way out — so modules only ever touch shared meaning, not raw formats.
Events, Not Request Chains
Modules never call each other directly. They publish to a shared spine and subscribe to what they care about — so a new use case attaches in days, without touching existing code.
Every Module Stands Alone
Independently deployable, independently valuable, with its own buyer and its own ROI. You never have to buy the whole platform to get value from one part of it.
Configuration Over Code
